How it all works
Requesting a pick up is as easy as contacting our friendly customer service team, or alternatively by setting up automatic daily collections, as per your individual requirements.
Once a booking has been made, the job is then dispatched to our wonderful team of drivers, who will pick up with a smile. Upon picking up your freight, each piece is scanned by the driver before being loaded onto the vehicle. Then, the parcel is brought back to the depot, sorted into the different regions across New Zealand, and scanned again on its way out of the depot.
The parcels and garment bags are then transported to their destinations, with the garment bags kept hung from collection to delivery. With the final scan on the parcel being done upon delivery and the customers signature obtained. With the use of our Track and Trace system our customers are assured transparency and clarity.
The system makes it simple for customers to follow the movements of their precious freight, from collection right through to delivery.
